David and Cynthia met in 2005 and got married on July, 7, 2007, (seven is a significant number to them). Since that time, they have become financially independent by making solid stock market, and well calculated risk investments. They own four rental properties that follow a strict business model that provides a significant positive monthly cash flow, as well as solid appreciation. In addition, they have multiple “side hustle” businesses that requires very little time and effort, and that generates high returns.

David spent 25 years in corporate, with 23 of those years in consumer package goods (CPG) sales and sales management positions, where he had tremendous success in driving sales, and profit results.

David Richardson is the Founder & current CEO for National Sales Network (NSN). NSN is the first and ONLY diverse professional organization focused strictly on the training & development of diverse sales & sales management professionals.

David started the first chapter of NSN in Newark, New Jersey in 1992. He has led the organization since its inception. He is the longest running leading CEO & Founder of any black professional association.

David has led NSN from 30 contacts in 1992, to well over 50,000 today. The organization has grown from one NSN chapter, to 20 chapters across the country. The organization conducts an annual professional conference (1,700+ attendees, and over 50 corporate sponsors), as well as an annual Student Sales & Marketing Conference, including up to 300 students from over 135 different colleges and universities, with over 30 recruiting sponsors. NSN pays all student cost (air travel, hotel, meals and conference registration).

David has two daughters, Amira Richardson, a graduate of Spelman College and Morehouse School of Medicine. Safiya Richardson, a graduate of Spelman College and Columbia Medical School.

About Cynthia Richardson

Cynthia spent 13 years with The Coca-Cola Company’s Atlanta Headquarters in different Human Resources and Community Relations roles. Her final role involved the coordination of company activities related to both the opening and closing ceremonies for the 1996 Olympics held in Atlanta Georgia.

In 1997, Cynthia become an entrepreneur and developed a lucrative business in the IT industry as a Technical Trainer for pharmaceutical and other sales force organizations. As an IT entrepreneur, Cynthia traveled over 30 times to international counties, as well as many U.S. locations conducting training sessions for international and U.S. clients.

In 2007, Cynthia transitioned into Healthcare IT and now works with the leading Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software company in the world, Epic Software. Cynthia is a Certified Epic Analyst, and the holder of five different Epic Certifications, currently working with clients as an independent consultant for hospitals across the country, making her a sort after Electronic Medical Records Consultant.

Cynthia is a two-time triathlete, avid tennis player, and someone who enjoys taking luxury vacations. She has a “side hustle” as a Real Estate Agent.
