Membership

The main focus of Black Wealth 100 is to invite financial experts to participate at meetings for the purpose of identifying high return investment stocks, and mutual funds. Individual members will also have the opportunity to present researched high return investment opportunities to the group. Black Wealth 100 will facilitate the conversations centered around BEST investments. Each individual member will be provided with a written recap of each meeting, and each can then determine their individual actionable investment steps.

BW 100 will partner with specific vendors who are specialist in targeted areas, and who will provide discounts on their products and services to BW 100 members. Discounts would include, but not be limited to estate planning, wills, tax management and or preparation and financial planning.

BW 100 will secure speakers who will provide how investors can help reduce taxes on their investments, both short and long term. BW 100 will draw on the individual experiences of its members to further understand tax reduction strategies.

BW 100 will provide methods for asset protection. The main focus will be on how to secure the lowest cost on different Insurance products that will protect your assets.

The BW 100 group is a private group of selected individuals. The BW 100 Group concept is designed to encourage members to share information and resources that act to improve the investment knowledge of its members.

BW 100 will establish a sub-group that is interested in residential real estate investments that provide a positive monthly cash flow and long-term appreciation.

BW 100 will establish a sub-group that is interested in “shark tank” like investments in small business start-ups. The sub-group will essentially be the Venture Capitalist (VC) for the small business start-ups, and will make formal presentations to the sub-group.
